Service in the front receptionist Mr. Karan when we arrive was so helpful and kind , professional , Very helpful with directions& the men at night time was excellent as well. and professional. Love that the Room was Clean, & it has a microwave & mini fridge, very useful. Just that t room need carpet updates I guess. I enjoy Lemon water , coffee and té at the lobby was excellent , available at all times & the restaurant was great we try the dish pizza & was delicious. Breakfast love it Good options love that it was included in the price, The Shuttle service was excellent & included from airport to hotel & to places near like t mall & the train station at anytime, the person who work from 6am up was the best excellent service , professional kind & friendly. The experience in General was great , for the price & things included.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport was hassle free and didn't take that long. We ate at the onsite restaurant and it was very good with a large enough selection for everyone in our party. The price we paid for the night was super reasonable for the services provided. The shuttle driver coming back from the airport talked about all the places that the shuttle would take guests who didn't have a vehicle (ie the mall and restaurants near the airport).

We stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to O'Hare Airport. The hotel was very clean and the room was clean as well. The check-in person was friendly and helpful. It was great that the airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day. We had to be at the airport at 4:30 a.m., so it was great having a shuttle available that early. The shuttle driver was very nice.

Shuttle bus to and from the airport was fast and efficient. We came earlier, but our room was ready, which was a relief after a 11 hour flight from Europe. Breakfast was great, there were various gluten-free options, no lactose-free options, but we were able to work around it. There is coffee available 24/7 and it was delicious.

The little living room was cute. Would be nice for people who have company. I liked that there was a Pizza Uno even though I didn't get a chance to try it. Maybe next time.

The proximity to the airport & the free shuttle bus were the major considerations why I booked at Comfort Suites Hotel. Check-in was a breeze with the cheerful staff. The front desk is always manned. Would recommend & book again if I go to Chicago. Worth what you paid for.

we were flying to Puerto Vallarta in Mexico and stayed at the comfort suites overnight both on the way down and the way back to get cheaper flights. It was a fantastic experience. It’s right along the airport road and the airport shuttle came within minutes after we called. Our morning flight back to Boston was at 6 AM and we took the 430 shuttle. We realized we had forgotten our lodge iPad in the room and the shuttle driver brought it back. Five stars for this hotel.
